At Mascot Steel, we have the latest computerised equipment offering a complete in-house Sheet Metal Service. Plate Laser Cutting, Turret punching, Press Brakes, Guillotines, and Sheet & Plate Rolling machines enable a vast array of shapes and sizes to be cut from plate and sheet metal.
We have hydraulic press brake machines on-site enabling a range of shapes and thicknesses to be formed. We can fold/bend materials, including mild steel sheet & plate, aluminium, stainless steel and steel or aluminium tread plate for stairs, etc.
We can assist with designing and cutting a wide array of shapes or work from supplied drawings. Drawings can be saved in our system ensuring repeat orders are identical.
We also offer laser cutting, powder coating and galvanising services.

Folding
Mascot Steel has on-site Hydraulic CNC Press Brakes with up to 200-tonne capacity. We can fold up to 3000mm in length and produce a wide range of jobs from stair treads, bin components and shipping container components to customised specialty jobs. Press Brakes are computerised which enables programs to be saved for repeat jobs requiring a quick turnaround.
Rolling
We have on-site machines that can roll up to 10mm plates and flat bars. We are capable of bending up to 32NB pipe on the pipe bender. We can also arrange to roll structural-rolled sections like Beams, PFC and Angles to your requirements.
Laser Cutting
We have on-site guillotines that are capable of cutting plates up to 10mm thickness and 3600mm width. We can easily handle large production runs requiring a quick turnaround.
