We have an amazing on-site powder-coating line at our production facility that measures more than 20 metres in length. By concurrently hanging and coating several units, we are able to maximise production productivity and guarantee the best powder application for each run.
We can use both Dulux and Interpon powders in our powder-coating operations thanks to the cutting-edge technique.
Recently, we upgraded our powder coating facility, especially the cleaning system. More contaminants are now effectively and efficiently removed from the metal surfaces by this enhanced technology. We make sure to wash the metal twice before applying the powder.

We Adopt a 3-step Washing Process:
Hard wash with a degreaser which removes all impurities and grease from the metals
Quick wash
Final hard wash before the pieces are hung to dry to be ready to paint

Very safe. In fact, we receive reports from Sydney Water and environmental bodies about the waste minimisation and that no harm is going into our water drains and systems.
We use Solid Works and CAD.
