Our comprehensive suite of value-added services encompasses tube laser cutting, plate laser cutting, fabrication, welding, drilling, prime painting, as well as advanced profile plasma. We offer precision cutting, rolling and bending services for structural beams, channels, angles, RHS, SHS, pipe, arch bars, plates and flat bars tailored to your specifications. Additionally, we provide delivery services across Sydney for your convenience.

Our Mascot factory is spread over a huge 6000 square metres across 3 sites, with overhead cranes. We are conveniently located next to Sydney Airport and close to the M5 motorway. We also have two sites in Penrith for structural fabrication, sheet metal fabrication and general fabrication and as a sales division in Botany.

The team at Mascot Steel can design and cut a wide array of shapes or work from supplied drawings. Drawings can be saved in our system, ensuring repeat orders are identical.

Mascot Steel operates hydraulic CNC press brakes with up to 200-tonne capacity. We can fold up to 3000mm in length and produce a wide range of jobs from stair treads, bin components and shipping container components to customised specialty jobs. The press brakes are computerised which enables programs to be saved for repeat jobs requiring a quick turnaround.

Mascot Steel has rolling machines that can roll up to 10mm plates and flat bars. We are capable of bending up to 32nb pipe on the pipe bender. We can also arrange to roll structural-rolled sections like beams, pfcs and angles to your requirements.
