Mascot Steel operates Hydraulic CNC Press Brakes with up to 200 tonne capacity.
We can fold up to 3000mm in length and produce a wide range of jobs from stair treads, bin components and shipping container components to customized specialty jobs.
The Press Brakes are computerized which enables programs to be saved for repeat jobs requiring a quick turnaround.
MascotSteel has rolling machines that can roll up to 10mm plate and flat bars. We are capable of bending up to 32NB pipe on the pipe bender.
We can also arrange to roll structural- rolled sections like Beams, PFC’s and Angles to your requirements.
Mascot Steel has guillotines that are capable of cutting plate up to 10mm thickness and 3600mm width. We can easily handle large production runs requiring a quick turnaround.
Mascot Steel has on-site fully automated Plasma/ Profiling Cutting machine with an 1800 x 3000mm bed and a state of the art CAD system.
