CUTTING SERVICES 

Mascot Steel + Tools has a wide range of cutting equipment on site allowing a vast selection of steel to be cut most times while you wait to industry standard tolerances - from merchant bar (flats, rounds, squares, etc), RHS and SHS to pipe, angle, plate & sheet and structural beams and builders' steel.

PROFILE & PLASMA CUTTING

Mascot Steel + Tools has on site a computerised plasma and profile cutting service enabling a vast array of shapes and sizes to be cut from plate and sheet metal. Repeat work can be stored on disc for the future.

FOLDING

We have hydraulic press brake machines on site enabling a vast range of shapes and thicknesses to be formed. We can fold/bend materials including mild steel sheet & plate, aluminium, stainless steel  and steel or aluminium tread plate (stair treads etc). With the computer control, Mascot Steel + Tools has the facility to store any repetition or repeat folding work as required.

ROLLING

Mascot Steel + Tools has a rolling and bending service for plate, flat bar and  pipe, arch bars, RHS, SHS, angles, structural beams and channels. All rolling and bending is done to industry standards.
